  • Shipping

    Shipping is based on weight and size of item. I generally ship out within 14 business days - turn around times can be longer based on selections. Orders placed after 10am CST will go into production the next business day. Business hours are M-F 10am to 5pm. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
  • Returns

    Refunds/Exchanges are only given on items with quality defects created by us before shipping.Commissioned items are non-refundable.

  • Commissions

    I love creating commissions for collectors, so if you have something in mind, please follow the contact information below. Turn around times on these pieces does vary greatly based on your request. Please get in touch if you would like more details on shipping.

    Commission Process

    1. Place a Commission inquiry by emailing jeslynnart@gmail.com I will then send commission opening dates, my wait period is usually 4-5 months.
    2. Quote - All costs include a shipping estimate will be itemized.
    2. Deposit Payment - Upon approval of the quote, a 30%-60% non refundable deposit is required to book your spot.
    3. Commission process - Then we confirm colors and design of your piece, then materials are ordered.
    4. Final approval and balance invoice - Photos will be sent for your approval where changes can be made. The balance invoice for the artwork is then due.
    5. Shipping - Artwork will be delivered via courier as per terms stipulated on the invoice.
  • 6. All deposits are non refundable, so please take the time to ask as many questions as you need regarding your commission.
  • Purchase of any Jes Lynn's artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. This artwork is for personal use only and not for commercial use or resale. Please do not reproduce, copy, or use artwork without permission.
